2 Kings 2:9-10, NIV: When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?” “Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit,” Elisha replied. “You have asked a difficult thing,” Elijah said, “yet if you see me when I am taken from you, it will be yours, otherwise not.”

ADORATION

2 Kings 2:11, NIV: As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.

CONFESSION

2 Kings 2:12, NIV: Elisha saw this and cried out, “My father! My father! The chariots and horsemen of Israel!” And Elisha saw him no more. Then he took hold of his own clothes and tore them apart.

THANKSGIVING

2 Kings 2:13, NIV: He picked up the cloak that had fallen from Elijah and went back and stood on the bank of the Jordan.

SUPPLICATION

2 Kings 2:14, NIV: Then he took the cloak that had fallen from him and struck the water with it. “Where now is the Lord, the God of Elijah?” he asked. When he struck the water, it divided to the right and to the left, and he crossed over.

Joshua 10:12, NIV:12 On the day the Lord gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the Lord in the presence of Israel: “O sun, stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.”

CONFESSION

Joshua 10:6, NIV: The Gibeonites then sent word to Joshua in the camp at Gilgal: “Do not abandon your servants. Come up to us quickly and save us! Help us, because all the Amorite kings from the hill country have joined forces against us.”

THANKSGIVING

Joshua 10:13a, NIV: So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar.

SUPPLICATION

Joshua 10:13b, NIV: The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.

Numbers 20:6, NIV: Moses and Aaron went from the assembly to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and fell facedown, and the glory of the Lord appeared to them.

ADORATION

Numbers 20:7-8, NIV: The Lord said to Moses, “Take the staff, and you and your brother Aaron gather the assembly together. Speak to that rock before their eyes and it will pour out its water. You will bring water out of the rock for the community so they and their livestock can drink.”

CONFESSION

Numbers 20:10b-11a, NIV: And Moses said to them, “Listen, you rebels, must we bring you water out of this rock?” Then Moses raised his arm and struck the rock twice with his staff.

THANKSGIVING

Numbers 20:9-10a, NIV: So Moses took the staff from the Lord’s presence, just as he commanded him. He and Aaron gathered the assembly together in front of the rock.

SUPPLICATION

Numbers 20:11b, NIV: Water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank.

THANKSGIVING

Colossians 2:13-14, NIV: When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.

SUPPLICATION

Colassians 2:15, NIV: And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

Titus 1:3, NIV: And at his appointed season he brought his word to light through the preaching entrusted to me by the command of God our Savior.

CONFESSION

John 14:8-10, NIV: Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.” Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

THANKSGIVING

John 15:11-12, NIV: Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

Jeremiah 1:19; 30:11, NIV: They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord. I am with you and will save you, ‘declares the Lord.’ Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you. After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” He replied, “This kind can come out only by prayer.”

Because of your wrath there is no health in my body; my bones have no soundness because of my sin. My guilt has overwhelmed me like a burden too heavy to bear.

THANKSGIVING

Ezra 10:2-4, NIV: Then Shecaniah son of Jehiel, one of the descendants of Elam, said to Ezra, “We have been unfaithful to our God by marrying foreign women from the peoples around us. But in spite of this, there is still hope for Israel.
