One Voice Strategy

Vision of Arrows

I awoke to a vision back in January 2011. I sensed it was a trumpet call opportunity for the Bride of Christ to respond to God’s call and invitation to move from defeat to victory, particularly on behalf of those on the front lines of ministry, to see the Kingdom of God advance and take back territory. He led me to Scriptures confirming what I saw.

The context began with understanding the need of the individual soldier on the front lines of battle in the army of the Lord (camped on the left hand side) who felt weary, wounded, alone, oppressed, almost defeated and quite hopeless from relentless attack of the enemy. I sensed such a deep wonder if there would ever be a break or a breakthrough for them.

In the vision I understood the enemy army was camped on the right hand side. From a side view I watched a barrage of blunt, white-hot thick arrows fly from right to left, somewhat wobbly in an arched position, and continuous in an exhausting onslaught motion of attack. There were so many arrows I clearly understood how and why God’s warriors felt so overwhelmed, discouraged and defeated, without hope from this ruthless intimidation.

THEN I watched the Lord call for the release of what looked like a drawn arrow made of consecutive layers of arrows, like a wall, organized in parallel ranks of five to seven individual arrows, one after the other. New ranks formed every time an arrow took its place in response to the Lord’s command. I understood the Lord was on the left side behind His army. With each new arrow added  the wall of arrows steadily moved forward in sync.

This arrow wall was forming ABOVE the battlefield like one straight arrow made of many parts. Clearly this was where the victory was being established as the momentum increased with every new group. IT BECAME AN UNSTOPPABLE FORCE that once it advanced to the enemy’s frontline, the presence of that arrow wall caused the ENTIRE enemy camp to be struck down. Those adversary’s left standing turned about face to run and scatter in DEFEAT in every direction away from God’s army. I understood this all happened because of the Lord’s command and arrows willing to listen and obey His order!

The VICTORY and BREAKTHROUGH of that scene breathed life into the front line army of the Lord. I was left anticipating the shout of victory that would erupt with unspeakable joy – knowing the Kingdom would now advance into territory once occupied by the enemy!

One Voice Prayer Room

As long as Moses held up the staff in his hand, the Israelites had the advantage. But whenever he dropped his hand, the Amalekites gained the advantage. Moses’ arms soon became so tired he could no longer hold them up. … Then they stood on each side of Moses, holding up his hands. So his hands held steady until sunset. As a result Joshua overwhelmed the army of Amalek in battle.  Exodus 17:11-13, NLT

But if you remain in Me and My words remain in you,
you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! John 15:7, NLT

SOLDIERS ON THE FRONT LINE (on the left) felt overwhelmed, exhausted, discouraged, felt like giving up by the barrage of non stop arrows coming to them from the enemies camp on the right

  • Ps 64:1-4, NIV: 1Hear me, O God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy. 2 Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from that noisy crowd of evildoers. 3 They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their words like deadly arrows. 4 They shoot from ambush at the innocent man; they shoot at him suddenly, without fear.
  • Ps 57:4, NIV: 4 I am in the midst of lions; I lie among ravenous beasts — men whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords.
  • Ps 91:3-12, NIV: 3 Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. 4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. 5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, 6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.  7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. 8 You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.  9 If you make the Most High your dwelling — even the Lord, who is my refuge — 10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot  against a stone.
  • Lam 3:12-24

ENEMY ARROWS white hot with no tips, eventually defeated
