FOCUS

Psalm 46:1-3, NIV: God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.

ADORATION

Psalm 46:4-5, NIV: There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.

CONFESSION

Psalm 91:1-2, NIV: He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

THANKSGIVING

Psalm 46:7, NIV: The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Psalm 48:3, NIV: God is in her citadels; he has shown himself to be her fortress.
