FACTS Jan 1-7, 2017
FOCUS
Philippians 3:13, NLT: No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.
ADORATION
Ephesians 1:4, 7, 8. NLT: Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.
CONFESSION
Psalm 3:1-2, NLT: O Lord, I have so many enemies; so many are against me. So many are saying, “God will never rescue him!”
THANKSGIVING
Philippians 3:12,14, NLT: I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.
SUPPLICATION
Philippians 3:16, NLT: But we must hold on to the progress we have already made.
