FACTS Apr 2-8, 2017
FOCUS
Proverbs 4:20-23 (NKJV): “My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.”
ADORATION
Lamentations 3:22-23 (NLT): The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.
CONFESSION
Psalm 38:15-16 (AMP/NIV): I wait for you, O Lord; you will answer, O Lord my God. For I pray, “May they not rejoice over me, who, when my foot slips, would boast against me.” Lord, do not forsake me; do not be far from me, my God. Come quickly to help me, my Lord and my Savior.
THANKSGIVING
Matthew 6:22-23 (NKJV): The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
SUPPLICATION
Luke 6:48-49 (MSG): “If you work the words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who dug deep and laid the foundation of his house on bedrock. When the river burst its banks and crashed against the house, nothing could shake it; it was built to last. But if you just use my words in Bible studies and don’t work them into your life, you are like a dumb carpenter who built a house but skipped the foundation. When the swollen river came crashing in, it collapsed like a house of cards. It was a total loss.”
